What's included in our process?

Scope Development (All engagements)

We ask the right questions to form a robust scope. It details how respondents should engage and the key performance metrics. Our outcomes-focused approach ensures you receive comparable proposals while allowing technology partners the freedom to be creative in their problem-solving.

Proposal Management (All engagements)

We coordinate responses and address respondents' questions wherever possible, minimizing disruption to your business while ensuring you receive quality responses. We also organize meetings, site visits, and references as required.

General Proposal Analysis (All engagements)

We analyze each proposal based on our extensive experience in digital transformation projects, summarizing strengths, weaknesses, and areas needing clarification. This stage is a non-technical analysis of the engineering approach, but often covers the fit of the solution with the wider context.

Process Analysis (Silver & Gold)

Leveraging our extensive lean manufacturing and Six Sigma experience, we review the existing process performance through observation and data analysis to verify that the proposed project will deliver the expected Return on Investment, both financially and in terms of overall process performance.

Business Case (Silver & Gold)

We collaborate with your teams to develop a robust business case and support its presentation and sign-off by the relevant stakeholders. This allows you to focus on business as usual while advancing your project at pace.

Independent Technical Assessments (Gold only)

Using expert independent engineering professionals, we review each proposal, identifying technical strengths and weaknesses, and requesting technical clarification where necessary. A summary is then provided to support you in making the right selection.

Up to $50k = 12%

$50k to $150k = 10%

$150k to $250k = 8%

$250k to $500k = 6%

$500k+ = 4%
